Feel Good & Connect!
You are invited to join a virtual session to Feel Good & Connect with one another and with your own self. During this session, we will spend time to connect, meditate, engage in arts, and play/dance.
Have access to/ what to bring:
• Your wonderful self
• Your favorite drink/water
• Art material (crayons/any type of colors), note/sketchbook
• Writing book
• Old magazine
• Scissors & glue
• Craft material (anything that is available at home)
• Comfortable clothing
• Comfortable place to sit/lie/stand/wheel down during meditation
